Infor M3 Senior Presales Architect
# Infor M3 Senior Solutions Consultant/Architect
Location & Work Model
- Home-based with optional travel to client sites or Columbus offices
- Travel expensed at 45p/mile (from home; excludes Columbus Office attendance within 35 miles)
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: Negotiable (aimed at improving your current package)
- Bonus: Yes
- Holidays:
- 25 days (annual leave)

The Role: Infor M3 Senior Solutions Consultant/Architect
Core Responsibilities
- Partner with sales teams and customers to deliver Tailored solutions driving business impact
- Lead discovery sessions, RFx responses, and craft clear presentations
- Advise on industry-specific use cases, Infor M3 Cloud, or Infor suite methodologies
- Build solutions collaboratively with consultants and specialists
- Deliver compelling demos of Infor M3 Cloud Suites
- Drive product training and innovation through active participation

Team Dynamics
- Work alongside presales colleagues, integrating tools like Infor CPQ and Consocx bi analytics
- Contribute to shaping future Proof of Concepts and blueprints
- Collaborate across global teams to solve complex challenges
Flexibility & Work-Life Balance
- Hybrid contribution policy with repromised onsite consultancy for clients
- Remote work base (home or Cubo offices) with required office presence at least monthly
- Project-based travel planned in 2-week blocks

About You
Essential Requirements
- 5+ years in: commercial presales, consultancy, or solutions architecture
- Deep experience with Infor M3 ERP or Infor Cloud Suites (including 4D Factory objects)
- Experience in partner environments
- English fluency required; Norwegian/Swedish proficiency advantageous
- Clean driving licence and vehicle access
- Full commercial process to sell Infor products
- Collaborative mindset with strong internal/ external communication
- Commitment to mentorship and personal development
