Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Informatica MDM Lead with strong expertise in designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) solutions. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end MDM delivery, collaborate with business stakeholders, and drive data governance, data quality, and master data initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Informatica MDM implementation, enhancement, and support.
- Gather business requirements and define MDM data models, match/merge rules, survivorship, and hierarchy management.
- Design and implement solutions using Informatica MDM, IDD, and IDQ.
- Perform data profiling, data quality assessments, and source system analysis.
- Establish data governance, metadata, and master data management best practices.
- Collaborate with ETL, integration, architecture, and analytics teams.
- Optimize MDM performance, resolve production issues, and support releases.
- Mentor development teams and participate in design and code reviews.

Required Skills
- 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in Informatica MDM.
- Hands-on expertise in Informatica MDM, IDD, IDQ, Data Director, and MDM Utilities.
- Strong knowledge of Customer, Product, and Supplier Master Data, Match & Merge, Data Governance, Metadata, and Data Quality.
- Proficiency in SQL (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and ETL/Data Integration.
- Experience with REST APIs, SOA, Agile/Scrum, and enterprise integration.

Nice to Have
- Informatica MDM Certification.
- Experience with IICS, Azure/AWS.
- Domain experience in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, or Healthcare.
