About The Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Information Coordinator. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Information Management within the construction industry, leveraging your passion for data and data-informed decision-making.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a Document Control or other Project Administration role; we are looking for someone who thrives on solving problems and driving insights that support project delivery and performance.

Key responsibilities
- Data Management: Work with large data sets to validate, analyse, and structure information.
- Information Coordination: Assist in managing, checking, and coordinating project data to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Collaboration: Support project teams by providing accurate and timely reports to enable informed decision-making.
- Standards Compliance: Learn and apply the UK BIM Framework/IMI Framework to ensure data integrity and consistency across projects.
- Reporting: Create and maintain data dashboards, progress reports, and other visualizations to communicate key insights.
- Learning and Development: Participate in training programs to develop expertise in BIM tools and methodologies, including Revit, Navisworks, PowerBI, Python, and data management platforms.
- Problem Solving: Identify inefficiencies or data inconsistencies and propose solutions to improve data workflows and project outcomes.

Qualifications
Essential:
- Experience working with data and performing data analysis.
- Proficiency in software such as Excel or similar data tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Passion for data-driven decision-making and continuous learning.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Desirable
- Familiarity with any BIM-related tools (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, or similar).
- Understanding of database management or visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Awareness of BIM standards such as ISO 19650 (training will be provided)
