Job Description
About the Role
We have a new opportunity for an Information Governance Coordinator to support the delivery of information governance, records management, and information security activities across the organization.
As the Information Governance Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling confidential information with discretion, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining exceptional attention to detail. You will be a confident communicator, capable of building strong working relationships with a range of stakeholders while delivering a high level of customer service.
You will possess strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively using your own initiative. Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, coupled with experience of maintaining accurate records and following established procedures, will help you succeed in this role.

You Will Be Able To Demonstrate These Essential Skills
- Good understanding of working with confidential information.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and ensure targets are met.
- Proven ability to work methodically, follow agreed procedures, and accurately record information.
- Good oral and written communication skills with key stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience of working in a customer-focused environment and the ability to manage customer expectations.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel and Word.
- Experience of undertaking a range of coordination and administration activities and the ability to work to conflicting deadlines and priorities.
- Ability to work effectively and proactively without high levels of supervision.

Desirable
- Knowledge and understanding of data protection.
- Records management experience.
- Knowledge of logging and managing requests for information and information security incidents.
