What you'll be doing

As Information Management Team Lead at the House of Commons, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping how information supports one of the UK's most iconic and complex estates. Leading a team of information management specialists, you'll develop and deliver the Estates Information Management strategy, ensuring digital and physical information is accurate, secure and accessible to support major programmes, projects and the day-to-day management of the Parliamentary Estate.

This is an exciting opportunity to influence the future of information management, drive innovation and best practice, and work with a wide range of stakeholders across UK Parliament to deliver lasting improvements to the way estate information is managed.

This role is offered on a hybrid working basis, with an expectation of you spending 40% of your time in the office.

What we're looking for

  • Hold a qualification in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline, or bring equivalent industry experience.
  • Grow your expertise in Estate Information Management, BIM and digital information management within a complex estate environment.
  • Build on your knowledge of information management systems, governance frameworks and industry standards, including Common Data Environments and SharePoint.
  • Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams while fostering an inclusive and collaborative working culture.
