About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Information Manager to join a leading client-side team delivering one of Europe's most exciting hyperscale data centre programmes in London.
This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in driving digital information management standards across multiple large-scale construction projects. You'll work closely with project management, design, document control, and VDC teams to ensure project information is managed efficiently, securely, and consistently throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and governance of project information management processes.
- Develop, maintain, and improve Digital Information Management Protocols (DIMP).
- Configure and administer Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and Procore environments.
- Standardise templates, workflows, metadata, and information structures across projects.
- Support the mobilisation and setup of new data centre projects across the programme.
- Manage user permissions, project structures, and document control workflows within ACC and Procore.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all digital information management queries.
- Ensure compliance with project Information Management Plans (IMP), ISO standards, and client requirements.
- Monitor document quality, naming conventions, revision control, and project compliance.
- Coordinate digital information exchange between consultants, contractors, and supply chain partners.
- Deliver training sessions and create user guides for project teams.
- Produce project reporting, KPIs, and dashboards using project data.
- Work closely with Project Controls, BIM/VDC teams, and Data Governance teams to improve reporting and project performance.
- Support integration between BIM, document management, clash detection, and reality capture platforms.
- Drive continuous improvement of digital workflows and information management processes.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
