Information Security Engineer [211264]

Information Security Trust & Compliance Specialist

Client Location: London and/or Staines (mostly remote) Duration: July/August 2026 – until 30th September 2026 (potential extension) Contract Type: Non-client-facing, full-time (40hrs/week) contract via PAYE Pay Scale: £337.46–£374.95 per day

About the Role

Are you an analytical information security or risk professional with expertise in cloud operations, enterprise security domains, and emerging technology frameworks? We’re seeking an Information Security Specialist for our regional security office to act as a critical translator of complex technical security, risk, and compliance insights—without client-facing interactions.

This is a strictly written, asynchronous role focused on evaluating, interpreting, and responding to detailed security questionnaires. While the role isn’t hands-on in coding or infrastructure, you’ll map customer questions against architectures, data protocols, and upcoming AI trends, particularly Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.

Key Challenges

  • Review and respond to technical security and compliance questionnaires for global clients.
  • Support sales teams by providing easily navigable security risk assessments.
  • Translate emerging GenAI and Agentic AI data governance and security concerns for stakeholders.
  • Ensure customer-facing documentation aligns with global compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2).

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
