Why we need you

We’re building experiences that wow our customers – and that starts with bold, curious people who want to do work that matters. If you’re hungry to grow, excited by impact and ready for a challenge that will supercharge your career, this could be your moment.

As our Information Security Project Manager, you’ll play a key part as the engine behind our Chief Information Security Officer’s strategic agenda – owning the programme plan, keeping the global team aligned, and driving high-pace delivery across our information security portfolio.

Getting hands-on with cutting through ambiguity, remove blockers and ensure that every workstream lands on time and on target. Your drive and ideas will help us move faster, improve smarter, and stay ahead of the game.

What you’ll do

You’ll take ownership of work that gives us our competitive edge, including:

Programme Planning & Governance

  • Own and maintain the end-to-end information security programme plan, covering all active projects and workstreams.
  • Maintain a single source of truth for milestones, dependencies, risks, and decisions across the security portfolio.
  • Establish and enforce project governance standards, reporting cadences, and escalation paths.

Team Alignment & Delivery Coordination

  • Drive cross-functional alignment across security, IT, engineering, legal, and business teams to ensure coherent delivery.
  • Run structured sprint and delivery reviews, holding teams accountable to commitments without micromanaging.
  • Identify and unblock impediments fast, escalating to the CISO where needed to keep delivery on track.

CISO Reporting & Executive Communication

  • Prepare and deliver concise status reporting, dashboards, and briefings for the CISO and senior leadership.
  • Translate complex security initiatives into clear, outcome-focused communications for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Track and communicate portfolio-level risks, issues, and interdependencies to enable fast, informed decisions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
