IT & Systems Manager (ERP)

East Midlands – Office Based

Excellent opportunity for an experienced IT & Systems Manager, ERP Manager, or Senior Systems Analyst to join a growing organization where you'll take ownership of its ERP platform, wider IT infrastructure, and business systems.

This is a broad, hands-on role combining ERP configuration, customization, and development with responsibility for the wider technology landscape. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll help shape and improve business systems, deliver new functionality, develop integrations, and ensure the IT environment is secure, scalable, and fit for future growth.

You'll take ownership of the ERP platform from implementation through to continuous improvement, configuring modules, developing bespoke functionality, building integrations, and driving automation across the business. Alongside this, you'll oversee core IT operations, infrastructure, and third-party suppliers, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technical delivery with strategic ownership.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
