IT Administrator

Location: Castle Donington (5 days per week in the office)

Salary: 35-40K

About the Role

To provide reliable, day-to-day IT support across the business, ensuring systems, devices, and users operate efficiently. The role will support the IT Manager by handling operational IT tasks and contributing to system stability and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to all users
  • Manage and resolve IT support tickets within agreed SLAs
  • Administer core systems including:
    • Microsoft 365
    • Active Directory / Entra ID
    • Email, file storage, and user access
  • Provision and maintain:
    • Laptops, desktops, mobile devices
    • User accounts and permissions
  • Support network infrastructure (Wi-Fi, printers, connectivity)
  • Assist with IT projects and system implementations
  • Monitor system performance and escalate issues where needed
  • Maintain IT documentation and asset registers
  • Ensure adherence to security policies and best practice
