IT Analyst
We are seeking a proactive and analytical IT Analyst to support business systems, technology projects, and process improvement initiatives across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyse, and document business and system requirements.
- Support the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of business applications and ERP systems.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver effective technology solutions.
- Participate in IT and business transformation projects, ensuring requirements, testing, training, and user adoption activities are completed successfully.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes, system utilisation, and data quality.
- Provide application support, troubleshooting, and user assistance as required.

Skills & Experience:
- Experience in an IT Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or similar role.
- Proven involvement in ERP implementations, upgrades, or support.
- Experience working on technology or business change projects.
- Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) would be highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with reporting, data analysis, and business process mapping is desirable.
