Robert Half are recruiting for a permanent Business Analyst to join a growing Digital & Technology function, helping to shape and deliver business and technology change within a highly regulated environment.
The Role
You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business to analyse current processes, systems, and technologies, ensuring change initiatives are aligned with operational requirements, security standards, and business objectives. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in digital transformation projects while working across technology, operations, and leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements.
- Conduct discovery workshops and assess operational and technical environments.
- Produce process maps, documentation, and logical diagrams.
- Identify improvement opportunities across systems, applications, and business processes.
- Develop requirements, acceptance criteria, and business recommendations.
- Conduct feasibility assessments and support change prioritisation.
- Engage with stakeholders across multiple functions to ensure successful project outcomes.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within technology, IT, or transformation environments.
- Strong requirements gathering and process mapping skills.
- Experience analysing business processes, systems, and data.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong documentation and analytical capabilities.
- A proactive mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- BCS Diploma (or equivalent Business Analysis qualification).
- SC Clearance or the ability to obtain it.

Desirable Experience
- Agile working environments.
- Product Owner or Scrum Master certification.
- Defence, manufacturing, or government sector experience.
- Familiarity with regulated or secure environments.
