Senior IT Systems Engineer (Technology Operations) – AI Business in London

Responsibilities
Your role will blend operations, security, and automation in a fast-moving environment. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing identity and access lifecycle processes via Okta
- Administering and optimising core SaaS platforms, including Google Workspace
- Owning Mac endpoint management through Jamf
- Automating onboarding, offboarding, and workflow processes
- Delivering high-quality technical support across the organisation
- Developing scripts and automations (preferred language: Python) to improve efficiency
- Supporting security initiatives and best practice controls
- Identifying opportunities to streamline and scale IT operations
Requirements
To stand out in this technical and impactful role, successful candidates will have:
- Experience administering Okta, Jamf, Google Workspace, and macOS environments
- A strong foundation in SaaS administration and endpoint management
- Scripting skills (preferably Python) for automation and problem-solving
- A passion for process improvement and automation-driven efficiencies
- Deep security awareness and best-practice knowledge
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management—meeting internal teams and leadership
- A proactive, ownership mindset—someone who takes initiative and drives impact
