Information Technology Engineer

🌍 About Klyk

At Klyk, we are building the world’s first AI-Enabled IT Operating System for modern, high-growth businesses. Our mission is simple yet radical: to remove both friction and waste from IT operations entirely, keeping growing teams in their creative flow—while keeping electronic waste out of landfills. 🌱

Packaged into a powerful, scalable SaaS stack natively inside Slack and MS Teams, we automate and resolve employee IT issues instantly, right where their teams work. At the same time, we seamlessly manage the physical world: from refurbishing premium hardware to tracking assets end-to-end, enforcing enterprise-grade zero-trust cybersecurity, and enforcing compliance.

We’re a Certified B Corp, trusted by some of the UK’s most impactful and dynamic organisations—B Lab UK, Wild, THIS, SURI, Bloom & Wild, OLIO, Oddbox, and Field Energy. With our AI service desk app in Beta and pilot customers ready to deploy, we’re scaling our sustainable, automation-powered ecosystem. 🚀

But what truly drives us is a deeply human mission—eradicate digital poverty. We believe every young person deserves access to technology, yet millions remain locked out of the digital world. Every hardware cycle our platform manages sustains the delivery of that access: we refurbish, repurpose, and donate high-performance devices to children living below the digital poverty line. Join Klyk, and you’ll be helping bridge the divide—one device at a time. ✨

**The Role — IT Engineer

We’re hiring an experienced 2nd Line IT Engineer who thrives on delivering exceptional support while driving impact and innovation.

In this role, you’ll work alongside AI to resolve the complex escalations no machine can handle: root-cause analysis, ongoing issue resolution, and securing clients’ IT setups. You’ll support Microsoft and Google environments, spanning MacBooks and Windows, while championing best-in-class cybersecurity—guiding clients, implementing protections, and ensuring their systems remain resilient against evolving threats.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
