IT Field Engineer – Newcastle (Outside IR35)

Location: Newcastle upon Tyne (Onsite)

Contract: Outside IR35

Duration: Approx. 1 day (August)


We're recruiting an experienced IT Field Engineer to support a hardware refresh project at a client site in Newcastle upon Tyne.

This is a short-term onsite assignment, ideal for a local engineer with strong desktop support experience.

Responsibilities

  • Replace desktop docking stations
  • Provide hands-on support to end users
  • Troubleshoot any issues during the deployment
  • Ensure hardware installations are completed efficiently and professionally

Required Skills

  • Previous experience as an IT Field Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, or IT Support Engineer
  • Experience with laptop deployments and hardware installations
