Role: Senior EOL Governance Lead
Long-term contract role (Inside IR35)
Location: London (Hybrid, x3 days to office)
Lead the End-of-Life (EOL) strategy and governance for a large-scale banking transformation programme, ensuring regulatory compliance, risk reduction, and enterprise alignment. Drive governance frameworks, executive stakeholder engagement, funding strategy, and embed EOL governance into business-as-usual and long-term strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define and own the EOL governance strategy aligned with regulatory and enterprise priorities.
- Establish governance frameworks, policies, and executive decision-making forums.
- Act as the senior escalation point for EOL risks, regulatory issues, and delivery challenges.
- Influence senior business, technology, and risk stakeholders to drive accountability.
- Develop executive funding narratives and support strategic investment decisions.
- Embed EOL governance into BAU processes and long-term business strategy.
