IT Service Desk Technician – Premier League Studios
Location: Olympia, London (shift-based including weekends and evenings)
Salary: 1 x £35,000 (Perm), 1 x £32,000 FTC
We’re working with Premier League Studios, who are building out a brand-new in-house media operations function ahead of the 2026/27 season.
They’re looking for IT Service Desk Technicians to join a newly formed support team, sitting at the heart of a high-performance broadcast environment. This is a great opportunity to get into a live production/broadcast setting, supporting both corporate IT and studio systems.

What you’ll be doing
- Supporting a busy Service Desk across corporate and broadcast systems
- Managing tickets, escalations, and user support across the business
- Administering Office 365, Active Directory, Intune/Ivanti
- Supporting desktop environments (Windows 10/11)
- Maintaining hardware/software inventory and CMDB
- Supporting onsite AV/studio technology
- Working closely with suppliers and internal teams
(Role responsibilities aligned with the JD)
What they’re looking for
- 1st or 2nd line IT support experience
- Strong Microsoft stack (O365, AD, Windows)
- Solid troubleshooting across hardware/software
- Comfortable in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication skills (you’ll deal with all levels)
