The Opportunity
Gravitas are partnering with a large organisation undergoing a major Digital Strategy Programme, transforming how technology, systems and processes are delivered across the business.
As part of this transformation, they are looking to hire an experienced Digital Trainer to support the successful rollout and adoption of new Facilities Management and Workforce systems across operational teams nationwide.
This is a business-critical role that will play a key part in ensuring frontline colleagues successfully adopt new technology and ways of working.
The Role
You'll work within a major transformation programme, supporting Facilities Management and Workforce Planning functions through the introduction of new systems, processes and digital solutions.
Working closely with operational stakeholders and frontline teams, you'll create engaging learning content and deliver effective training across a diverse, shift-based workforce.

Experience delivering training on CAFM platforms such as Planon or similar Facilities Management systems would be highly advantageous. Regular travel across England is required as part of this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain training materials, guides and digital learning resources.
- Deliver face-to-face, virtual and blended learning programmes.
- Support major business transformation and system implementation projects.
- Work with stakeholders to understand operational processes and training requirements.
- Deliver engaging training sessions to both office-based and frontline colleagues.
- Drive user adoption and confidence in new systems and processes.
- Gather learner feedback and continuously improve training delivery.
- Support ongoing digital adoption across Facilities and Workforce teams.
What They're Looking For
Essential
- Previous experience as a Digital Trainer, Systems Trainer, IT Trainer or Learning Consultant.
- Experience working within transformation and change environments.
- Strong facilitation, presentation and communication skills.
- Experience producing high-quality training materials and user guides.
- Ability to quickly learn operational processes and new technologies.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Experience delivering training to large groups and diverse audiences.
Desirable
- Experience within Facilities Management environments.
- Experience training CAFM systems such as Planon or equivalent solutions.
- Understanding of asset management, maintenance and work order processes.
- Experience working with frontline or shift-based workforces.
- Experience supporting operational or workforce transformation programmes.
