They are seeking a Head of Design Technology to act as the backbone of their innovation, keeping their infrastructure secure, seamless, and cutting-edge so their creative teams can design without limits.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain computer systems, networks, and software applications.
- Provide timely technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Manage user accounts, access controls, and ensure data integrity.
- Monitor and maintain network security, implementing safeguards against cyber threats.
- Plan and coordinate the installation, configuration, and regular updates of software and systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for system improvements and upgrades.

Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in IT support, infrastructure management, and system administration.
- Strong working knowledge of operating systems, networking, and commonly used software applications.
- Experience in managing IT security protocols and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and proactively
