🌍 IT Manager – EMEA | Lead Technology, Drive Innovation, Enable Business Success
Are you an experienced IT leader with a passion for infrastructure, cybersecurity, and operational excellence? Do you thrive in a hands-on role where you can influence strategy while also solving complex technical challenges?
We're looking for an IT Manager to lead and support our EMEA IT operations, serving as the primary IT contact for sites across the region while collaborating closely with our corporate IT team in the United States to deliver a globally aligned technology strategy.

As the IT Manager – EMEA, you'll combine technical expertise, leadership, and strategic thinking to ensure secure, reliable, and efficient IT services across the region. You'll oversee IT operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity initiatives, and end-user services, helping to drive innovation and continuous improvement across the business.
This is an ideal opportunity for a hands-on IT professional who enjoys leading teams, managing projects, and delivering technology solutions that make a real business impact.
💻 What You'll Be Doing
Leadership & IT Operations
- Act as the primary point of contact for IT requirements across EMEA sites.
- Partner with the US Corporate IT team to ensure alignment with global technology strategies and standards.
- Lead and develop IT support teams while overseeing engineering and operational activities.
- Manage high-priority IT projects, system upgrades, and technology refresh cycles.
- Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
End User Services
- Oversee device lifecycle management, including provisioning, upgrades, and retirement.
- Administer and support Microsoft Office 365 environments.
- Improve operational efficiency through automation and process improvement initiatives.
- Enhance incident and change management processes to deliver excellent user experiences.

Infrastructure & Networks
- Maintain and troubleshoot complex enterprise network environments.
- Develop and implement infrastructure improvements and technical recommendations.
- Ensure documentation of infrastructure, software, and application landscapes remains accurate and up to date.
Cybersecurity & Compliance
- Work closely with global cybersecurity teams to support cybersecurity programs and initiatives.
- Support compliance with ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials requirements.
- Implement infrastructure improvements and remediation activities that strengthen security and compliance.
Business Systems
- Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Support the integration of new technologies and systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
🎯 What We're Looking For
Essential
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience supporting enterprise-level network infrastructure environments.
- Strong background in IT management, infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
- Experience supporting ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials compliance from an IT operations perspective.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience administering Microsoft 365 environments.
Desirable
- Experience with Oracle ERP systems.
- Administration experience with:
- Microsoft Active Directory
- Windows Server and Desktop Operating Systems
- Linux environments
- VMware ESXi, vSphere, and Horizon
- NetApp or similar storage platforms
- Advanced TCP/IP networking concepts
