Primary Responsibilities
Network Infrastructure Support
- Operate and maintain office LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, VLANs, and firewalls (Cisco, Palo Alto, Aruba).
- Monitor and troubleshoot network performance and security incidents.
- Collaborate with vendors and global teams on network upgrades and projects.
General Office AV Infrastructure
- Support Audio/Video tools (Tencent Meeting/Zoom) for meeting rooms and end users.
- Document network and A/V architectures, SOPs, and technical diagrams.
- Participate in infrastructure projects and contribute to regional IT improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 1+ years in IT infrastructure engineering, with proven experience in enterprise networking.
- Hands-on expertise in:
- Office network operations (Cisco, Palo Alto, Aruba).
- Relevant certifications preferred:
- CCNA (or equivalent networking certification).
- Strong documentation and English communication skills (spoken and written).
