This is a full-time remote role for an Information Technology Officer. As an integral part of the IT team, the Information Technology Officer will manage and support IT infrastructure and systems, provide technical support for end-users, and resolve IT-related issues promptly. Day-to-day tasks include:

  • Troubleshooting software and hardware issues
  • Administering networks and systems
  • Ensuring the smooth functioning of IT services
  • Assisting in maintaining security protocols
  • Contributing to the improvement of IT operations

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Troubleshooting and providing Technical Support to end-users
  • Expertise in Information Technology fundamentals, including software, hardware, and IT operations
  • Experience in Network Administration and management
  • Proficiency in System Administration, including maintaining and configuring IT systems
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
  • Familiarity with IT security protocols and best practices
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
