The Opportunity

Join a fast-growing, dynamic international business and become a key member of a technology team with real day-to-day business impact, supporting both internal employees and customers.

This is a hands-on technical role, reporting directly to the CIO, where you will:

  • Take full responsibility for IT Operations, including service desk, walk-ups, InfoSec maturity, Data Privacy, and all associated day-to-day tasks.
  • Support or drive the build and delivery of our Microsoft CoPilot and AI strategy.
  • Work closely with vendors and key stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery and IT service uptime.
  • Not only deliver exceptional IT operations but also shape the strategic direction of IT—embedding new technologies to optimise business operations and sales delivery.

Essential Skills & Experience

You must have 5+ years of experience in a similar IT Ops or business systems role, ideally within:

  • A Sales, Recruitment, or High-touch services environment (e.g., Hospitality, Travel, B2B or professional services), preferably with international scope.

Core Technical & Operational Requirements: ✔ Strong Service Desk / Operational background with a technical hands-on approach ✔ Extensive experience with Microsoft 365 stack (including Windows Endpoints) ✔ Proven experience running IT Operations in fast-growing international businesses ✔ Accountability for InfoSec and Data Protection responsibilities ✔ Preferred qualifications: Degree (especially business or technology-related) ✔ Desired certifications:

  • ITIL v3 or v4 (deferred)
  • Microsoft technical certifications (desired)
