Information Technology Operations Manager - International B2B

IT Operations Manager - International Recruitment Business - London

£70,000 - £80,000k plus bonus and benefits

Core Focus:

  • IT Ops Services, Hardware, Cloud & Platform configuration, InfoSec Security, Microsoft Stack, Compliance, Data Protection, MS CoPilot and AI Strategy.

An opportunity to work for a fast growing and dynamic international business and become a key member of a technology team that has real day to day business impact to support both internal employees and their customers.

This is a hands on technical role, reporting directly to the CIO. You will take full responsibility of IT Operations - service desk and walk-ups, InfoSec maturity, Data Privacy and all associated day-to-day tasks. Also support / drive build and delivery of our MS Co-pilot and AI strategy. Based in our London office, you will work closely with vendors and key stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of projects and uptime of IT services. Whilst they are looking for someone with a passion and acumen for delivering great IT operations, they are also looking for someone that can positively influence the business and strategic direction of IT and embed new tech that can effectively optimise business operations and Sales delivery.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years experience in a similar IT Ops / business systems role, within a Sales, Recruitment or High touch services (Hospitality, Travel, B2B) or professional services environment - International scope preferred.
  • Service Desk / Operational background with a technical hands-on approach.
  • Extensive technical experience in the Microsoft 365 stack and managing Windows Endpoints
  • Experience in running IT Operations within fast growing International business.
  • Experience to be accountable for InfoSec and Data Protection
  • Degree preferred (ideally business or technology related)
  • Desired ITIL v3 or v4 certifications
  • Desired Microsoft technical certifications
