We are looking for a senior-level expert to step into a high-impact interim role managing a global IT spend. If you have deep expertise across Software, SaaS, Cloud, and IT Services within highly regulated or fast-moving industries, we want to hear from you! ๐Ÿš€

As a Senior Interim IT Procurement Manager, you will:

  • Spearhead strategic sourcing projects
  • Lead key initiatives
  • Own crucial elements of the spend within the Global IT Category

๐ŸŽฏ Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Sourcing & Negotiation: Lead complex RFx processes from requirements definition through to execution. Negotiate multi-year, enterprise-level global IT contracts.
  • Vendor Ecosystem Mastery: Manage commercial relationships with Tier 1 Software Enterprise giants (e.g., Microsoft, SAP, ServiceNow, Workday, Oracle).
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Establish proactive, influential relationships with IT, Finance, HR, and Legal teams to align procurement strategies with corporate goals.
  • Value & Savings Delivery: Take accountability for achieving the category's annual savings targets and maximizing spend under management.
  • Risk & Performance Management: Identify, mitigate, and manage key supplier risks while implementing consistent KPIs across the IT category.

๐Ÿ‘ค Ideal Candidate Profile

We need a seasoned professional who can hit the ground running on day one. To be successful, you must bring:

  • Multinational Experience: Proven track record working within large, complex global matrix organizations.
  • Industry Background: Strong preference for candidates coming directly from Medical Devices, Pharma, Life Sciences, FMCG, or Consumer & Retail (C&R) sectors.
  • Deep Category Knowledge: 10+ years of experience in a Global IT Strategic Procurement environment, with specific mastery over Software, SaaS agreements, licensing structures, and HR platforms.
  • Education & Credentials: Bachelorโ€™s degree required; a CIPS (or equivalent) professional qualification is highly preferred.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional commercial acumen, brilliant contract management skills, and the gravitas to influence senior leadership.
