IT Product Manager – M365 Platform and Security

The Opportunity…
We’re hiring a strategic IT Product Manager – M365 Platform and Security to lead the delivery of Microsoft 365 services across:
- Identity and access management tools
- Supporting server infrastructure
- M365 tenant configuration
- Power Platform suite
You’ll:
- Guide technical Product Owners
- Translate technical roadmaps into seamless, user-centric experiences
Sitting within our Enterprise IT function, your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with senior stakeholders (up to and including Heads of Function) to craft roadmaps and program backlogs delivering real business value.
- Working with Project teams, cybersecurity teams, and Architects to align delivery priorities, architecture, and solution design.
- Managing a team of Enterprise Product Owners, ensuring effective translation of program-level priorities into actionable user stories at the delivery level.
- Taking ownership of domain dependencies within your platforms to foster clarity and performance across the portfolio.
This is a hybrid working role, balancing time at home and on-site to support collaboration and delivery, with occasional UK office travel.

Who You Are
We’re looking for a strategic IT Product Manager with:
- A passion for digital innovation and a keen sense of business impact.
- Strong domain knowledge and commercial acumen.
- Initiative and accountability to drive success across complex, enterprise IT estates.
- Thriving in a stakeholder-rich environment, capable of engaging with:
- Peers
- Senior leaders
- Business functions
- Building consensus, influencing decisions, and aligning cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication and collaborative skills, enabling both inspiration and negotiation.
- Decisive leadership with significant experience in product management and development, capable of:
- Shaping roadmaps
- Facilitating delivery planning
- Embedding agile efficiencies at scale
- Leading and coaching diverse product teams while supporting professional growth.
For appointment, you’ll need to meet the criteria for Security Clearance (SC), typically requiring British residency for the last five years.
What You’ll Be Doing
Drive adoption and engagement by:
- Keeping products exciting, relevant, and valuable.
Continuously improve the:
- User experience
- Deliver measurable business value
You’ll:
- Lead the identification of improvement and innovation opportunities, ensuring platform alignment.
- Manage domain dependencies across the enterprise.
- Lead and coach technical Product Owners.
- Shape and deliver the M365 platform roadmap.
- Align infrastructure and security with user needs.
- Develop lean business cases with cross-functional teams, ensuring Lean Portfolio Governance alignment.
- Measure success using platform metrics like Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
- Continuously refine direction and communicate progress to senior stakeholders.
- Engage regularly with both internal and external stakeholders to:
- Identify needs
- Solve challenges
- Negotiate priorities and objectives
