Information Technology Project Coordinator
Voice & Connectivity Project Co-Ordinator
- Location: Nottingham (Hybrid)
- Contract Length: 6 months
- Reports to: Voice & Connectivity Team Leader
About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Voice & Connectivity Project Co-Ordinator to join our team at Air IT.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering connectivity and communication projects for our customers—ensuring everything runs smoothly from initiation through to completion. Working closely with project managers, suppliers, internal teams, and clients, you’ll help deliver high-quality broadband, leased line and hosted voice solutions, while providing an exceptional customer experience throughout.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinates and manages connectivity and voice projects, including:
- FTTP
- Leased lines
- Hosted voice
- Cease and regrade orders

Reviews and accepts new project handovers, ensuring smooth transitions into delivery

Ensures:
- Project objectives, timelines and responsibilities are clearly understood
- Alignment across all stakeholders

Keeps customers informed at every stage, including:
- Progress updates
- Changes
- Planned outages

Supports the resolution of customer queries and issues quickly and efficiently

Works collaboratively with colleagues to:
- Maintain service standards
- Ensure continuity of service

Identifies opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services where appropriate

Liaises with the Voice & Connectivity Team Leader to:
- Escalate project issues
- Resolve project issues

Ensures compliance with Air IT’s:
- Information Security Management System (ISMS)
- Relevant policies
Required Skills & Experience
Essential
- Previous experience in a Project Co-ordinator role
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- High attention to detail
- Strong administrative capability
- Process-driven mindset
- Focus on identifying improvements
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in:
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Outlook
- Good business awareness
- Commercial understanding
Desirable
- Experience within IT or communications environments
- Familiarity with ConnectWise
