Job Title
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Transformation Project Manager / Delivery Lead who can manage a complex digital and business transformation programme across multiple work streams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
The role requires full ownership of day-to-day delivery, bringing structure and control to the programme, and ensuring activity is properly planned, tracked, and reported against agreed outcomes. They will need to manage the delivery plan, risks, issues, actions, decisions, dependencies, as well as supplier activity and stakeholder communications.
This is not an Administrative PM role. We need someone who can work confidently in an environment of business change, technical dependencies, legacy systems, data, integrations, and operational impacts. They should be able to challenge assumptions, identify gaps early, and ensure risks and decisions are visible before they become delivery issues.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of a complex digital and business transformation programme across multiple work streams.
- Take full ownership of day-to-day programme delivery, ensuring successful execution against agreed objectives.
- Develop, maintain, and manage the overall programme delivery plan, ensuring activities are effectively planned, tracked, and delivered.
- Coordinate and manage multiple suppliers, internal teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Monitor and manage programme risks, issues, dependencies, actions, and key decisions, ensuring timely resolution and escalation where required.
- Provide clear governance, reporting, and progress updates to senior stakeholders.
- Ensure effective stakeholder engagement and communication throughout the programme life cycle.
- Identify delivery risks, gaps, and dependencies early, implementing mitigation plans before they impact delivery.
- Challenge assumptions and drive proactive problem-solving to keep the programme on track.
- Manage the impact of technical dependencies, legacy systems, data, integrations, and operational change within the programme.
- Ensure business and technology work streams remain aligned to programme outcomes.
- Drive accountability across teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to achieve successful delivery.

- Proven experience as a Transformation Project Manager or Delivery Lead delivering complex digital and business transformation programmes.
- Strong programme and project delivery management experience across multiple work streams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience managing suppliers, third-party vendors, and cross-functional delivery teams.
- Experience managing programme delivery plans, risks, issues, dependencies, actions, decisions, and governance.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including engagement with senior leadership.
- Ability to operate confidently across both business change and technical delivery.
- Experience working with legacy systems, data migration, systems integration, and operational change.
- Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and mitigate delivery risks.
- Ability to challenge assumptions, identify gaps, and proactively drive successful delivery.
- Excellent organisational skills with a structured, delivery-focused approach.
