Information Technology Services Manager
Job Title: IT Service Manager (Global Network Services)
Duration: long-term contract
Location: UK Based Hybrid (x4 days/week to London)
We are seeking an IT Service Manager to support global network services by managing service operations, budgets, vendor relationships, and financial planning. The role involves working closely with technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure high-quality service delivery, accurate forecasting, cost optimisation, and successful execution of network-related projects across a global environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage operational and project budgets for global network services.
- Collaborate with technical teams and vendors on service planning and financial forecasting.
- Drive cost optimisation through vendor consolidation and contract management.
- Build strong relationships with global stakeholders and business units.
- Coordinate network service improvements and support project delivery.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure service quality and compliance.

Required Skills:
- Experience in IT Service Management, Vendor Management, or IT Operations.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning experience.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure or network services is desirable.
- Excellent organisational, analytical, and coordination skills.
