The Information Technology Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the London Area, United Kingdom. This role involves managing and maintaining network infrastructure, servers, and end-user devices to ensure reliable and secure operations. The specialist will monitor system performance, diagnose issues, perform troubleshooting, and implement solutions that minimize downtime. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Configuring and updating network security controls
- Supporting software and hardware installations
- Documenting IT procedures and changes
- Providing responsive customer service to internal stakeholders
- Resolving service requests
- Collaborating with engineering and consulting teams to support client projects and technology initiatives
Qualifications
- Strong Information Technology and Troubleshooting skills for managing systems, diagnosing issues, and implementing effective solutions.
- Network Administration and Network Security skills to configure, secure, and monitor network infrastructure and related services.
- Customer Service skills to support users, communicate clearly, and provide timely, professional assistance.
- Relevant experience with Windows and/or Linux environments, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), and common enterprise tools is beneficial.
- A degree or professional certification in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Security+, CCNA) is preferred.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment are important.
