Chroma is working with a major organisation to find an IT Support Analyst for their Leeds office — perfect for someone who loves solving problems without being stuck in a heavily hands-on role.

You’ll be the first point of contact for global users, tackling hardware, software and network queries with a calm, confident approach and a knack for getting to the root of an issue quickly.

  • Handle calls and emails
  • Log tickets accurately
  • Provide first- and second-line support across Windows, Microsoft 365, telephony, mobile devices and remote access tools

Shifts rotate between 6–2, 8–4 and 10–6, so you’ll need to be comfortable with a varied pattern.
