IT Support Assistant
£45,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits
Location: London | Permanent | Office-based
A leading global entertainment corporation is looking for an IT Support Assistant to join its European Technology team, providing first and second-line support across multiple international offices.
Based at the company's London headquarters, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional IT support, maintaining end-user hardware, troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring colleagues have the technology they need to succeed.

Responsibilities
- Provide first and second-line IT support to end users
- Troubleshoot Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365 issues
- Configure laptops, mobile devices and other end-user hardware
- Administer user accounts within Active Directory and Microsoft Entra
- Support networking issues including TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP
- Maintain printers, meeting room technology and office IT equipment
- Ensure incidents and requests are managed through to resolution
- Participate in an out-of-hours support rota
Skills & Experience
- Previous IT Service Desk or Desktop Support experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong Windows and macOS support experience
- Microsoft 365, Active Directory and Microsoft Entra administration
- Hardware support including laptops, printers and peripherals
- Understanding of networking fundamentals
- Ability to prioritise workload and work independently

- French and/or German language skills
