IT Support Engineer - Dungannon
We have an excellent opportunity for an IT Support Engineer to join their busy and expanding IT Team. Viper are an IT MSP based in Dungannon, providing IT support for a wide range of businesses across the country. On offer is an excellent base salary and benefits package, as well as getting hands-on exposure to a number of new and ongoing upgrade projects across a wide range of industries.
IT Support Engineer - Dungannon (Competitive Salary - negotiable based on experience)
Working Hours:
- 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday
What we’re looking for:
- 3rd level education and a background within a similar IT Support environment.
- Office 365 Desktop App’s (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
- Experience of Office365 administration including Exchange, OneDrive, Teams, and SharePoint
- Experience of Windows Server including active directory, group policy, and Hyper V
- Good communication required with excellent written and verbal skills.
- Driver’s license with access to own vehicle ideal (Company vehicles available for work use)

Job overview:
- Providing 1st/2nd line support across hardware, software, and core business systems
- Supporting Microsoft 365 technologies including Teams, Exchange, and OneDrive
- Troubleshooting system, server, and network issues
- Configuring and deploying laptops, PCs, and peripheral devices
- Managing user accounts and onboarding/offboarding processes
- Supporting IT infrastructure upgrades and improvements
- Maintaining IT documentation and asset records
- On-site troubleshooting and callouts (Company vehicles provided)
