About the Role

We are looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to provide onsite End User Computing (EUC), Infrastructure, and Hands & Feet support services. The ideal candidate will have strong desktop support experience, basic networking knowledge, data center support capabilities, and excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

End User Computing (EUC) Support

  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, peripherals, and software applications
  • Perform hardware and software troubleshooting and issue resolution
  • Support laptop and desktop imaging activities
  • Manage printers, scanners, and other non-PC devices
  • Provide support for Microsoft Office 365 and related applications
  • Install and troubleshoot compliance and security software

IT Asset & Inventory Management

  • Maintain IT asset inventory and stock records
  • Coordinate hardware procurement and vendor support activities
  • Work with OEM vendors for hardware repairs, spare replacements, and troubleshooting

IMAC Services

  • Perform Install, Move, Add, and Change (IMAC) activities for IT assets
  • Support mobile devices and workplace technology equipment

VIP & Meeting Room Support

  • Deliver high-touch VIP support services
  • Assist with conference room technologies, audio-visual systems, and meeting setups
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors for conference room installations and maintenance

Network & Infrastructure Support

  • Install and configure network and shared printers
  • Perform L1 troubleshooting for LAN connectivity issues
  • Good understanding of DHCP, DNS, and basic network concepts
  • Provide Hands & Feet support for backend infrastructure teams

Data Center & Server Support

  • Support physical servers, storage, backup, and network devices
  • Perform server mounting, movement, racking, and stacking activities
  • Assist with device reboots, console connections, cable replacement, SFP insertion/removal, and hardware checks
  • Label racks, network devices, and infrastructure components

Documentation & Compliance

  • Document incidents, resolutions, and troubleshooting steps
  • Maintain accurate records for knowledge management and audit purposes
  • Strictly adhere to defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

Required Skills

  • Strong Desktop Support and EUC experience
  • Windows and Mac device support
  • Microsoft Office 365 administration and support
  • Printer and peripheral troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of DHCP, DNS, and LAN connectivity troubleshooting
  • Experience with IT asset management and inventory control
  • Hands & Feet support experience for servers, storage, backup, and networking equipment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to support recurring meetings, events, and occasional after-hours activities
