Role Overview: This is a varied and hands-on IT Support Technician role providing 1st and 2nd line support to a diverse client portfolio. You will play a key role in maintaining day-to-day IT operations, resolving technical issues, and supporting infrastructure and cloud-based projects. The position offers a blend of remote, office, and on-site work, giving you exposure to a wide range of technologies and environments.

Responsibilities of the IT Support Technician: Provide 1st and 2nd line support across hardware, software, and user systems Manage and resolve helpdesk tickets both remotely and on-site Build, configure, and deploy Windows, Apple, and mobile devices Support IT infrastructure, including Active Directory, servers, and networking
Requirements of the IT Support Technician: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 environments Experience supporting desktop and laptop hardware in a professional setting Understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP Minimum of 2 years’ IT support experience or relevant Microsoft certification
