IT Support Technician – E-Commerce & Retail Role

Location: Salford (covering 2 sites in Salford & Trafford Park) Industry: Direct-to-Consumer E-Commerce

A dynamic, fast-growing e-commerce retail business—seeing explosive growth—is seeking an IT Support Technician with 2+ years of experience in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd-line IT support. This is a great opportunity to advance your career in a high-energy environment where your professional development will scale alongside the company’s rapid expansion.

This is an on-site role covering two key locations in Salford and Trafford Park.

  • Be the first point of contact for employees, resolving technical queries (1st-line).
  • Escalate unresolved issues to 2nd and 3rd-line support when necessary.
  • Provide hardware support (PCs, Macs, tablets, printers, networking equipment, etc.)—including triage, repairs, and configuration.
  • Manage workstation setup and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
