Information Technology Technician
IT Technician
Location: Kendal Salary: £30,000 Work Pattern: Field-based

Key Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site IT support across multiple sites
- Resolve issues relating to:
- Hardware
- Software
- Microsoft 365
- Active Directory
- Networking
- Manage service desk tickets and adhere to SLA targets
- Install, configure, and support IT systems, devices, and user accounts
- Assist with infrastructure upgrades, deployments, and IT projects
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow security best practices
- Deliver high-quality customer service and build strong user relationships

Key Requirements
- Experience in IT support or a service desk environment
- Strong knowledge of:
- Windows desktop environments
- Microsoft 365
- Active Directory user and group management
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Excellent customer service approach
- Ability to prioritise workload effectively
- Full UK driving licence

Desirable
- Experience in an education IT environment
