We have been mandated by an Elite Boutique - their Infrastructure Advisory team is looking for an Associate with a strong interest in the infrastructure sector to focus on debt advisory and M&A in London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on multiple transactions and with multiple project teams simultaneously across all critical aspects of a deal, from client development and initial opportunity evaluation through to transaction strategy and execution, for both M&A (sell side, buy side) and financing advisory mandates
  • Lead teams in the preparation of financial analyses and models required to evaluate and complete transactions, as well as client presentations, information memoranda (equity and debt), ratings presentations and offering documents
  • Identify new business opportunities and new ideas for clients that advance their strategic objectives

  • Experience: 3-6 years in infrastructure (Investment Bank, Project Finance, or existing Debt Advisory teams).
  • Technical Skills: Strong financial modelling, understanding of financial concepts, and valuation.
  • Execution: Proven deal execution and strong performance.
  • Communication: Excellent English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Academics: Outstanding academic record.
