Platform Services Engineer
Here at Whitbread, we are seeking an experienced Platform Services Engineer who will help look after our Support Centre systems.
This is a unique opportunity to join our growing team to provide support with maintaining end user computing, lead software deployment with effective cross-team coordination, solve complex technical issues, and work in a team environment which encourages learning and introducing new technologies.

Salary: £55,000
Contract Type: Full time, Permanent
Location: Whitbread Court, Houghton Hall Business Park, Porz Avenue Dunstable

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Platform Services Engineer, you will be supporting systems across our support centres. You will help in deploying, managing, and updating software as well as deploying applications across multiple systems.

Alongside the above, you’ll be responsible for:
- Helping to manage our Windows 10/11 environments efficiently
- Creating and customizing deployment packages
- Deploying applications across multiple systems
- Managing on-premises and an Exchange Online environment
What You’ll Need
- Proven hands-on experience of managing an enterprise Windows 10/11 environment
- Previous experience of working in a Microsoft Hybrid Cloud environment
- Strong understanding of Intune as well as an expert in mobile device and application management
- Experience configuring and managing Active Directory services to enhance network efficiency and security
- Strong experience administering and managing Office 365 services
