Infrastructure Architect / Microsoft / Azure / Cloud / M365
We're looking for an experienced Infrastructure Architect to help shape and evolve the technology landscape of a global organisation.
This is an opportunity to influence infrastructure strategy at enterprise scale, defining architecture that enables innovation while ensuring security, resilience and operational excellence. You'll work with senior technology leaders to establish standards, guide major transformation programmes and help modernise platforms across cloud and on-premise environments.

What you'll be doing
You'll act as the architectural authority across enterprise infrastructure, including:
- Defining infrastructure architecture, principles, standards and technology roadmaps
- Shaping Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 strategy across a complex global environment
- Leading architecture for hybrid cloud, identity, security and resilience
- Supporting large-scale migration and modernisation programmes
- Driving Infrastructure as Code, automation and platform engineering best practices
- Providing architectural governance across cloud and on-premises platforms
- Helping shape approaches to AI-enabled infrastructure, Microsoft Copilot and emerging Microsoft technologies
- Influencing cloud cost optimisation (FinOps), operational efficiency and long-term technology strategy
- Working closely with engineering, cyber security and enterprise applications teams to deliver scalable, secure platforms

We're interested in hearing from people who have experience with some of the following:
- Enterprise infrastructure architecture within complex organisations
- Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365
- Hybrid cloud and on-premises infrastructure
- Identity and access management (Entra ID / Azure AD)
- Infrastructure governance, standards and architectural assurance
- Cloud migration and transformation programmes
- Infrastructure automation using Terraform, Bicep or ARM
- Business continuity, disaster recovery and resilience planning
- Working with enterprise platforms including Dynamics 365 and Power Platform

Professional certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert, TOGAF or FinOps are welcomed, but they're not essential if you've gained equivalent experience through your career.
