We are looking for an Infrastructure Assurance Lead to provide governance, oversight and assurance across critical infrastructure maintenance activities. Supporting the Maintenance Management Organisation (MMO), you will play a key role in ensuring infrastructure maintenance arrangements are effective, compliant and aligned with statutory, regulatory and safety requirements.
You will lead assurance reviews, analyse performance and compliance data, assess risks and provide independent assurance that maintenance management systems and processes are operating as intended. Working with a range of stakeholders across a highly regulated environment, you will help drive continuous improvement and provide confidence in the management of infrastructure assets.

Responsibilities
- Lead independent assurance reviews, assessments and audits of EIMT management arrangements.
- Review records, evidence and management information to support assurance activities and compliance reporting.
- Provide findings, recommendations and assurance outputs to support continual improvement of policies, management systems and processes.
- Support governance and oversight activities, ensuring maintenance management arrangements remain compliant and effective.
- Engage with stakeholders, functional leads and regulators on matters relating to maintenance compliance and assurance.
- Promote strong assurance practices through clear, auditable, evidence-based processes.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Knowledge of infrastructure maintenance management systems.
- Experience operating in highly regulated environments.
