Pearse Partners have partnered with a Tier 1 Real Assets fund who are hiring an Associate into the Infra Private Credit team.
The team is sector agnostic within Infrastructure and invests across the capital structure.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct due diligence, financial modelling, and research on assets, companies, and industries.
- Prepare materials for investment committees and third parties.
- Source and evaluate new investment opportunities.
- Monitor portfolio investments and interact with management teams and investors.
- Support fundraising efforts and contribute to a collaborative team culture.

Qualifications:
- Proven excellence in academics, work, and personal achievements.
- 2-5 years of experience in banking or related fields (credit investing/ project finance/ debt advisory preferred).
- Strong Excel and financial modelling skills.
- Exceptional communication, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in fast-paced environments.
- Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills and long-term business growth focus.
