Job Description
At Legal & General Asset Management, we’re looking for an experienced infrastructure debt investor to join our Private Credit business as an Infrastructure Senior Investment Manager. This is an opportunity to play a hands-on role across the full investment lifecycle — from identifying and assessing opportunities through to execution, portfolio oversight and strategic input.
You’ll join a well-established platform with significant scale, a long-term investment mindset and a strong reputation in infrastructure debt. You’ll also work closely with senior stakeholders, including the Head of Infrastructure Debt (Europe), while contributing to a business investing across multiple geographies and sub-sectors.

What you’ll be doing:
Sourcing and evaluating new infrastructure debt investment opportunities for client portfolios Leading transaction activity across analysis, due diligence, negotiation and execution Preparing investment committee papers for new opportunities Undertaking detailed financial and credit analysis to assess value and suitability Supporting the monitoring of existing infrastructure investments and sector performance Working closely with the Head of Infrastructure Debt Europe and coordinating with colleagues in North America Managing internal and external relationships with borrowers, counterparties and stakeholders Contributing to client reporting, investment strategy development and ESG integration Who we’re looking for:
Significant experience in infrastructure debt investment, likely around 10 years or more Strong exposure to infrastructure transactions across Europe/OECD markets Experience spanning sub-sectors such as transport, energy, social infrastructure and telecoms/digital infrastructure Strong financial analysis and transaction execution skills Background in credit structuring, rating methodology and/or financial advisory A sound understanding of investment structures and documentation across infrastructure debt transactions Familiarity with ESG or sustainability frameworks and evolving regulation would be beneficial A collaborative, organised and self-driven approach, with strong judgement and attention to detail Whatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
