At Solve Intelligence
We’re building the AI-powered infrastructure for the global Intellectual Property landscape. We need a brilliant Infrastructure Engineer to build the secure, scalable engine that makes it all possible.
🏗️ The Role: Infrastructure Engineer
You’ll be joining the leanest, most talent-dense engineering team in London. You aren't just managing servers; you are designing the multi-region, high-throughput systems that handle complex AI workloads.
What You’ll Own
- Cloud Architecture: Design and maintain our AWS environment using Terraform, optimizing for reliability, cost-efficiency, and massive scale.
- Global Footprint: Build infrastructure patterns for multi-region deployment and fully isolated single-tenant environments for enterprise customers.
- Developer Velocity: Architect CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Docker) that allow our team to ship safely and quickly.
- Observability & Reliability: Instrument the stack with OpenTelemetry and Datadog to ensure we detect issues before our users do.
- AI Performance Tuning: Tune autoscaling and network routing to handle resource-intensive LLM workloads with ultra-low latency.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
