Role Overview
We are hiring an Infrastructure Engineer for one of our clients, focusing on designing, maintaining, and optimizing cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) and on-premises infrastructure. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high availability, security, and scalability of critical systems, with experience in modern infrastructure automation tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, deploy, and manage scalable infrastructure using:
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, or Pulumi)
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and minimize downtime.
- Implement and enforce security best practices, including:
- Identity and Access Management (IAM)
- Network policies
- Compliance standards
- Automate repetitive tasks to improve operational efficiency.
- Work with development teams to optimize infrastructure for:
- Cost
- Performance
- Scalability

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and core services.
- Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools such as:
- Terraform
- CloudFormation
- Pulumi
- Strong scripting skills in:
- Python
- Bash
- PowerShell
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration:
- Docker
- Kubernetes
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools, including:
- Prometheus
- Grafana
- ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana)
- Datadog
- Understanding of networking concepts:
- VPC (Virtual Private Cloud)
- Subnets
- Load balancers
- Firewalls
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).
- Ability to design and implement disaster recovery and backup strategies.
