A fast-growing systematic trading firm is expanding its Infrastructure Engineering team in London. Operating with a lean, high-calibre engineering culture, the firm is making significant investment in building world-class technology and infrastructure that underpins its trading platform. This is a rare opportunity to join at an early stage, take real ownership, and play a key role in building and scaling the firm's infrastructure from the ground up.

- Build, maintain, and optimise infrastructure across Windows, cloud, networking, compute, and storage environments.
- Own system configuration, deployment, troubleshooting, and automation across servers, endpoints, and core services.
- Design and run experiments to improve infrastructure performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Translate technical findings into robust, production-ready solutions.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Security, and Operations to shape the firm's long-term infrastructure strategy.

What they're looking for:
- 3+ years' experience in Infrastructure or Systems Engineering within complex technical environments.
- Strong Windows infrastructure and server administration experience is essential.
- Solid understanding of networking, operating systems, and cloud infrastructure.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field is preferable.
