The Enterprise Infrastructure team is responsible for designing, operating, and evolving QRT’s global enterprise technology platforms. The team ensures the reliability, security, and scalability of core infrastructure services that support corporate systems, identity platforms, collaboration tools, and shared technology services across regions.
Your Future Role within QRT
- Define and drive the enterprise infrastructure roadmap aligned with firm-wide technology strategy
- Lead the design and evolution of highly available, secure, and scalable on-prem infrastructure platforms (compute, storage, network, virtualization)
- Own operational resilience, including high availability, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity frameworks
- Establish and oversee SLAs, SLOs, operational KPIs, and incident governance processes
- Drive automation initiatives across provisioning, patching, compliance, and monitoring
- Promote Infrastructure-as-Code and standardization across global environments
- Partner with Security to enforce hardening standards, vulnerability management, and access controls
- Collaborate with Application, Workplace Technology, Architecture, and Risk teams on enterprise initiatives
- Lead and mentor infrastructure engineers across regions
- Manage vendor relationships, lifecycle planning, and infrastructure capacity management

Your Present Skillset
- 10+ years’ experience in enterprise infrastructure engineering, including leadership responsibility
- Broad knowledge of Linux and/or Windows systems administration
- Broad knowledge of virtualization platforms, enterprise storage, networking, and core infrastructure services
- Proven experience operating global enterprise platforms (e.g., identity services, collaboration tools, file services)
- Hands-on experience with automation frameworks (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) and scripting (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Strong understanding of monitoring, logging, and observability practices
- Experience operating within regulated or controlled environments
- Demonstrated ability to lead distributed teams and drive infrastructure transformation initiatives
- Strong ownership mindset with a structured and risk-aware approach to decision-making
- Clear communicator and excellent collaborator, with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders
- Experience leading modernization or large-scale infrastructure refresh programs is a plus
