About the Role
Creideas are partnered with a Central London-based firm as they search for a permanent infrastructure & EUC Engineer—their first hire in a standalone role (with plans to expand). Working within a large IT team, you’ll build the function from the ground up, collaborating across IT and non-tech teams.
The role primarily focuses on End User Computing, covering:
- Deploying desktops, laptops, and mobile devices via Autopilot.
- Managing endpoints and mobile devices via Intune—complementing SCCM.
- Writing PowerShell scripts for automation and IT processes.
- Updating Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) Windows images.
- Handling 3rd line escalations.

Ideal candidates will have experience within the Legal industry, as it’s a highly advantageous asset for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the new EUC function as a standalone role, with the potential to expand the team.
- Provide strategic oversight to ensure alignment with the firm’s growth strategy.
- Design and deploy laptops, mobile devices, and desktops using Autopilot.
- Optimise Microsoft’s endpoint and mobile management solutions:
- Intune
- SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager)
- Automate processes using PowerShell to drive deployments and efficiency.
- Maintain Azure Virtual Desktop Windows build images.
- Manage and support M365 applications and services.
- Serve as 3rd line escalation support for 1st/2nd line analysts.
- Collaborate with the wider IT team, including Applications, using tools like:
- iManage
- Aderant

Required Skills & Experience
✅ Specific EUC expertise in the Legal sector (highly advantageous). ✅ Proficiency in:
- Autopilot (devices, deployments)
- Intune & SCCM (endpoint management solutions)
- PowerShell (automation, scripting)
- Active Directory, Entra ID, and Group Policy
- Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)
✅ Technical knowledge:
- Windows 11 experience
- iOS support
- Dell & Lenovo laptop maintenance (desirable)
- iManage (desirable)
