Infrastructure Finance Associate | London
A leading Magic Circle firm is seeking an Infrastructure Finance Associate to join its highly regarded Projects & Infrastructure team in London. Relocation candidates are encouraged to apply.
About the Role
The team advises sponsors, lenders, institutional investors, and public sector bodies on some of the most significant infrastructure and energy transactions across the UK and internationally, including:
- Acquisition and project financings
- PPP/PFI and concession-based projects
- Renewable energy and energy transition projects
- Digital infrastructure, transport, and utilities
- Refinancing and portfolio transactions
- Broader project development and financing matters

Key Responsibilities
Associates will:
- Work alongside market-leading partners on complex cross-border mandates
- Gain early responsibility, direct client exposure, and the opportunity to advise on projects at every stage of the investment lifecycle

Requirements
Candidates should ideally have:
- 2-5 years' post-qualification experience in infrastructure finance, project finance, or broader banking & finance
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and transaction management skills
- Excellent academic credentials
- Experience gained at a leading UK, US, or international law firm
