About The Role

The Infrastructure Lead will support the Yondr Data Center Execution (DCX) delivery teams and the wider regional business functions to create and operate spaces and services, rooted in our culture and brand. We enable Yondr's growth by optimizing for speed and designed for agility.

The role will act as a design and construction function lead for all things Infrastructure within the region (EMEA).

Main Responsibilities

Infrastructure

  • Responsible for defining utilities and infrastructure scope boundaries, establish project execution scope and plan.
  • Stakeholder management and consultation across utility network representatives and Yondr internal (Various levels).
  • Accountable for Infrastructure assessments, planning and reporting through development workflows (DD to stable state facility).
  • Accountable for infrastructure execution including management of delivery and coordination of DNO/IDNO interface with construction delivery teams.
  • Responsible for reporting structures within DCX for progress, performance and identification of potential risks and issues including corrective actions as needed.
  • Implement and oversee quality assurance and control processes.
  • Point of contact and liaison with Development and VP for Utilities.
  • Identify and manage all necessary exploratory works and site investigations required to identify existing utilities to ensure all necessary works are designed and undertaken without delay to the project.
  • Accountable for ensuring all necessary wayleaves and easements are identified and completed to provide fibre and power to the project without delay to the project.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to local, regional, and international regulations and standards.
  • Sustainability Initiatives: Promote and implement sustainable practices within infrastructure projects.

  • Responsible for managing budgets for all works under the responsibility of the Infrastructure Lead.

Qualifications And Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in energy and infrastructure development.
  • 5+ years of experience in energy operations.
  • Structured and process driven approach.
  • Decisiveness and good judgment aligning business and development priorities.
  • Organization and time management to manage multiple workflows.
